cirQuid is basically open to everyone. All offers published on the portal are visible to everyone without user registration, i.e. prior creation of a user account (unless visibility has been restricted by the provider).

The extended access to published offers, in particular contacting the provider, booking, evaluation as well as the publication of own offers and contents requires the creation of a user account with cirQuid.

cirQuid enables the publication, planning, calculation and organizational handling of training and qualification offers. Cross-industry and cross-topic.

At the same time, services, goods and resources (so-called “recirQs”) that are required for the implementation of further training and qualifying offers can be published on the portal by providers from all sectors and researched and booked by other users.

cirQuid is a pure placement portal that makes further training and qualifying offers plannable and visible across disciplines and sectors and across all national borders (for exceptions and restrictions, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions! cirQuid mediates between teachers and learners as well as between teachers and providers of e.g. rooms, catering, technical equipment and much more.

cirQuid aims to provide users who wish to participate in further education, workshops, courses, lectures or conferences for professional, academic or private reasons with a clear and effective research portal that will replace time-consuming and sometimes inadequate searches (e.g. via search engines, specialist journals etc.).

As an industry-open portal, cirQuid also offers all providers of goods, resources or services for events in the qualifying segment a time and cost-saving tool for visibility, booking and processing.
